HIV evolution

I collaborate with Sam Campbell, Nico Kist and Astrid Iversen at the WIMM in Oxford, on work to try and understand the evolutionary processes which shaped the current HIV epidemic. We currently have a paper undergoing revision and so will link to this upon its acceptance.
